Terms and Conditions *(Important please read)


1.      Course Certificates/ NASSA Test details

1.1 There will be an assessment for all students every three months to ensure progressions. Competent swimmers successfully passed every level of the tests from
       beginner’s stage will be getting a certification endorsed by Singapore Sports Council every 6 Months.

1.2  Each certificate will be separately charge as there will be charges involved from the Sports council.

1.3  For Elementary 1, 2 and Intermediate 2, 3 certificates will be charged at $5 per Test and certificate.

1.4  For NASSA Bronze, Silver, Gold Test, Pre-Tests and additional trainings will be provided with additional charges. 
 

2.      Compensation For Missed Lesson/ Weather Conditions
 
2.1  There will be no extra lessons or reimbursement for any missed classes or students having their own agenda, holidays or etc.

2.2  The first cancelled lesson due to weather condition in the particular month will not be replaced. Therefore, make-up lessons will only be replaced on the second or
        subsequent weather cancellation if faced later in the month.

  Please call the Club’s main line for Private programs and the School main line for School’s Programs to find out cancellation of lesson during unpredicted weather status. The relevant authorities will be informed half an hour before lesson.

2.4 Make up classes will only be meant for student that is sick on the lesson day or inclement weather faced more than once in the particular month.

2.5 Medical prove must be produced to verify date of lesson sick.

 
3.      Payment Issues

3.1  All fees will be charged 4 sessions monthly inclusive of GST, Swim equipments and pool entry fees. There will be an off-break on months with 5 weeks and the date
        will be informed.

3.2  A payment card will be issued at the end of every month and shall be collected by the beginning week of the particular month and deadline for payment will be latest
        by 2nd week of the month.

3.3 There will be no pro-rated payment at any point of time except for the month of June and December.

3.4 Students missed more than 3 lessons without notifying the coach will be cancelled from the swimming program.

3.5 All termination of lesson must be given a month’s notice with all existing payment/s made, if incurred.
