Singapore Sports Council Swim Safer Stage 1 to 6 (For Beginners to Survival Swimmers)
SwimSafer is an amalgamated and improved version of the Learn-To-Swim Programme for beginners of all ages. SwimSafer Stage 1 and progressively, Stage 2, Stage 3, Bronze, Silver and Gold incorporate the essential elements of swimming strokes, water survival and life saving skills to prepare students to react appropriately when faced with sudden and adverse aquatic situations. Each stage consist of 12 weeks and for beginners, we emphasizes on the stage 1 introducing water familiarization actives and games which allow participants to overcome phobia in water.

Torpedo Competitive Swimming Program (For Swimmers Interested in Training for Strokes and Speed)
Torpedo Swim Team has also develop a new approach in competitive swimming. Our swim training comes with 3 aspects of focus in Mental, Physical and Overall Well-Being. We cater training for all ages from recreational training to competitive, generally aiming to achieve goals of swimmers possessing various strength and abilities. Our qualifying cateria to join the comptitive team comes with 'Level 1 to 4' and stroke's timing in achieving optimum performance.

Learn to Dive (New in Singapore)
Diving is a fun and exciting sport that develops body awareness and coordination skills. Diving is very new to Singapore and growing rapidly. Under the professional instruction of the Youth Olympic Games Coach and her team, your child will learn to "Fly through the air" and "Glide through the water".

Torpedo Life-Saving and Aqua Pak Program (Swimmers Interested to Learn how to Save a Drowning Victim)
Besides competitive swimming, Torpedo Swim Team has started a life-saving club, providing skill training and proficiency tests in life-saving skills, CPR techniques and other forms of rescuse methods. We are also a registered member of Life Saving Society Singapore conducting tests and other relavant life-saving courses to the general public.
